Do not rent any shop house in little India!!!!
I Paid Rental $10k monthly , Business was poor , I cannot afford to pay my land lord , my kind land lord suddenly changed his mind and sued me , I sold my condo , Kerbau road and Serangoon Road is a bad place to do business .
A waste of my time and money to rent in kerbau road … Unlucky
Lack of customers and crowd , business is poor , Business in little india is a failure , agents cheated me of location!!!
