Recently I was told by a agent Kerbau Road Little India is a good place for trade
I trusted
I rented the place
I signed a 2 year contract
after the 2 years I decided not to rent place any more because of a lot of profits loss
.
Business failure
. So I thought my life was in a bad shape but thats not the end
I received a call from the land lord saying even after the 2 years even if I am not renting but still I have to pay
. I mean what is this he is a loan shark ? a legal loan shark ?
